Q: What area do you cover?
A: DuPage Photo is located at Lisle, Illinois. We cover services for the greater Chicago area.
Q: If I need to change date/cancel sessions, do I get my deposit back?
A: We understand things happens. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be used as credits for future sessions within 180 days from the original session date. Rescheduling fee will apply. In case of session cancelation by the clients, deposit cannot be refunded. If the photographer need to cancel the session, we will refund your deposit 100%.
Q: Can I change my package during the session?
A: Yes! You can always upgrade or add services as you need.
Q: Is there any referral discount?
A: Absolutely. Refer to a friend or family member. Both of you get $30 credit after new client books a session.
Q: What are the fees?
A: A $3/mile travel compensation will be added in addition to the package price for shooting locations over 20 miles from M.S. photography studio (60532, IL). Clients are at charge of any traveling expenses included but not limited to parking, entering fees.
